1. HOUSE AS A REFLECTION OF SELF

Throughout our lives we strive towards wholeness.
It stands to reason that the places we live in are also a reflection of this journey towards wholeness.
Coming Home means not only to a place where one resides but ultimately a Coming Home to our Selves.
A Home is a Mirror of our Self and our psychological stages of development. Creating a Home is part of one's spiritual growth.
Home and its content are very powerful statements about who we are. The older we grow, the more our surroundings need to change to reflect our journey from Ego/Self to Higher/Self.

This series of 6 workshops, available via on-line courses, explores the different meanings of HOME in relationship to the SELF.
With written texts,  assigned homework and half-hour  therapeutic telephone consultations  after each session, the client will learn

  • how to create spaces that are a reflection of who we are
  • how to use home as a nurturing space to heal ourselves and our family
  • awaken the senses to how space and place affects mood and well-being
  • gain awareness of how association with a certain place holds memories, experiences and beliefs
  • how to change those patterns
  • notice how we use symbolic objects to express hidden experiences and aspirations
  • recognize how space can encourage stages of growth and development
Cost: CND$585.- for a series of 6 on line workshops, with 1/2 hour telephone follow up at client's expense.
