Kryta has devoted her life to creating Homes for the Soul, both for herself and for others. (The Interiors of the Main House, the original Log Home built in 1939, were featured in the Quebec Decorating Magazine “Les Idees de Ma Maison”).
It is her belief that healing is accelerated in an environment that mirrors the Self and that the Environment mirrors back the Vibrations of the Self.

Great attention to detail has been given to all the interiors of the Houses of the Retreat. They are reminiscent of European Alpine Log- and Country Homes. Original antique painted furniture, natural fabrics, ceramic tiles and decorative objects exude a feeling of warmth and comfort. We can now accommodate 15 to 20 overnight guests.

Coach House Web Site 
Connected to the Main House by a breeze-way. This former stable and barn has been converted to a charming and cozy efficiency unit with kitchen; dining/living room with daybed; full bathroom; separate bedroom with twin beds plus a trundle bed; in upstairs loft another bed-sitting room with double bed. Lovingly decorated with painted antiques and heated by an Austrian ceramic-tile stove. Sleeps 4-5 guests.
Blue House Web Site 
This newly renovated and tastefully decorated two-storey French-Canadian-style house stands on its own 2 acres of land and has a spring-fed pond. First floor: full gourmet kitchen, large living/dining room; fireplace; bathroom/laundry and separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. Second floor: 2 bedrooms: one with 2 twin beds and a double; the other 1 twin and a double bed. The country-style bathroom features an old-fashioned bathtub to soak in while enjoying a truly magnificent view of the surrounding hills. Sleeps 7-10 guests.
